FS19 Deutz Series 7 v 3.5

Deutz Series7 from the Giants Modhub with new tire config provided. Connected by Deutz from the LS17 of Alex Blue and the Series9 of Venti also wanted to have the Series7 with the thick Terra slippers and I tried it as well as possible to implement.
